- The Campaign, which is organised by MSIG, is open to all Malaysians, Permanent Residents, Work Permit / Employment Pass Holders or otherwise legally employed persons in Malaysia and their Dependants and who have purchased MSIG EZ TravelSafeGuard Insurance during the promotional period.
- Each eligible policy purchase entitles the main policyholder to one (1) complimentary travel eSIM voucher code, subject to availability.
- The complimentary travel eSIM provides data connectivity in 63 supported countries. Coverage, speed, and network quality may vary by destination and are subject to local network availability.
- The complimentary travel eSIM is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other products or services.
- MSIG will not be liable for any loss, damage, or issues that may arise from your use of the third-party platform.
- Each Policyholder will not be entitled to other Touch 'n Go e-Wallet Credit reward from other MSIG campaign(s) which is/are running concurrently with this Campaign, if any.
- The Touch 'n Go e-Wallet Credit reward will be credited into your e-Wallet associated with mobile phone number provided to MSIG during the application for the Insurance Plan.
- Policyholders must provide accurate contact details. MSIG is not responsible for non-contactable policyholders or invalid Touch 'n Go e-Wallet details and reserves the right to forfeit the Touch 'n Go e-Wallet Credit if necessary.
- Disbursement of Touch 'n Go e-Wallet credit will be arranged one month after the Campaign Period has ended.
